1:      What is included in the registration fee?
The registration fee includes the admission to the conference on all conference days including food and beverages throughout the duration of the conference (refreshment breaks and lunch). This will also include access to the Networking Drinks Reception (if applicable to the event).
2:      What is not included in the registration fee?
The accommodation and transportation are not included in the price of the conference.
3:      Delegate registration confirmation and invoice?
Delegates will receive confirmation and the invoice of their registration after their online registration form has been received.
4:      Receipts
Delegates will receive a receipt on request. The registration confirmation and invoice is not a receipt of payment; delegates will need to arrange payment for the invoice.
5:      Registration payment by credit card
To make a payment by credit card, please register online and indicate that you wish to pay by credit card and one of our team will call you to arrange payment. Alternatively, please email delegates@iQ-Hub.com.
6:      Invitation letter
Whilst IQ International Pte. Ltd is not responsible for guaranteeing delegate visa applications, we can only provide delegates with visa support letters if we have received full payment. Please email delegates@iQ-Hub.com to request a visa letter application form. You will receive this letter via email within 72 hours of receiving the information. In all cases we recommend you seek advice from your embassy.
7:      Cancellation/Replacing a delegate
Delegate bookings are transferable but cannot be cancelled. If you are unable to attend, please email delegates@iQ-Hub.com as soon as possible. In such an event, you may nominate a substitute to attend who should be of similar standing in terms of business and financial responsibility.
8:      Conference hotel fully booked
If the conference hotel is fully booked then we will send to you a list of alternative hotels.
9:      Badge details
If you require amendments to your badge please email delegates@iQ-Hub.com. The size or order of the badge text cannot be changed.
10:    Conference papers
An email will be sent to you after the event informing you when the conference papers are available. Attached to the email will be a set of instructions explaining how to obtain the papers. Speakers have the right to withhold any information previously presented at the event; any papers not currently on the website may not be uploaded at a later date as requested by the speaker.
11:    Dress Code
Business attire is suitable for all events.
